Production process: High quality magnesia, calcined olivine and high purity synthetic magnesia dolomite as the main raw materials, while adding a variety of mixed binders, by mixing. Due to the use of high purity raw materials and composite binder, the adhesion rate of this series of products reaches more than 95%, and has good erosion resistance and thermal stability, which is an ideal spraying material for the large surface of the converter and slag line.
Main application: Used for hot spray repair of large surface, slag line and trunnion of converter.
Usage: This series of products is suitable for any type of spraying equipment, the use of the need to add 12-16% water, each spray thickness of about 20-30mm, spray can be used 12-20 times.
